About the event
Black Women and Burnout is an intentional space for Black women to slow down and take an honest look at what burnout can look and feel like in our lives.
We will talk about the signs and stages of burnout, the impact of constantly carrying responsibilities and expectations, and why simply telling ourselves to rest is not always enough.
During this experience, you will have an opportunity to reflect on what is currently draining you, identify the support you need, and create a personalized care plan that you can actually use in your everyday life.
This is a space to learn, reflect, connect, and think differently about how we care for ourselves before our bodies and minds force us to stop.
Light refreshments will be provided.
